Marcus O’Laoire is a Dublin based DJ, chef, and all around good time savant. With a reputation for throwing together the best recipes on your timeline, Marcus has become one of the most recognizable faces in the city.

Someone who has been repping the brand for years, Marcus has been a friend since we were working part time in a shoe store, and he was running the famous Sambo Ambo.

We hung out with Marcus in the kitchen of Kaldero and talked mortadella, egg fasts and life as a new dad, over some ridiculous sandwiches. Shot in the midst of sandwich construction, Marcus wears head to toe Emporium SS26.
